Fontaines D.C. to play London Roundhouse benefit for CALM

Fontaines D.C. will play an intimate London Roundhouse show on October 15 to raise money for the suicide-prevention charity CALM. The gig takes place just before the release of their fifth album, 'Dopamine Chamber', and all net proceeds will be donated to the organisation. Tickets will be allocated by ballot, with registration closing on October 10 and sales starting on October 12.
Fontaines D.C., from Dublin, will play the Roundhouse on 15 October, the day before their fifth album, Dopamine Chamber, arrives. Entry to the ticket ballot closes at 3pm on 10 October; randomly selected registrants receive purchase codes, with sales beginning at noon BST on 12 October. Net proceeds go to CALM, a UK suicide-prevention charity.
The band previously worked with CALM on a Lifelines merchandise range, alongside acts such as Blossoms, Inhaler and Tom Walker. Their design used a lyric from “It’s Amazing to Be Young” and cost £30, with profits supporting CALM. Fontaines D.C. are also scheduled for major 2027 shows, including Slane Castle and Manchester’s Heaton Park.
The benefit could give fans a rare intimate performance while raising both funds and awareness for suicide prevention. It may encourage conversations about mental health within music communities, where artists and audiences often navigate intense emotional experiences. CALM might reach younger listeners through the band’s platform, potentially extending the visibility of its support services. Because tickets are balloted, access may feel fairer, though high demand could still limit who attends.
