Forza Horizon 6 Heads to PS5 in January 2027 With India Pricing
Forza Horizon 6 will launch on PS5 in India on January 26, 2027, with the Standard Edition priced at ₹5,499. Deluxe and Premium Editions cost ₹7,999 and ₹9,699, and Premium owners can start on January 21. The PS5 version supports cross-play, cross-save, and community content, with Panic Button handling the port.
Forza Horizon 6 first appeared on Xbox Series X|S and PC in May 2026, with Premium Edition early access beginning May 15. The PS5 release follows about eight months later and coincides with the first expansion and a free update. Panic Button is handling the PlayStation port with Playground Games and Turn 10; it previously worked on Forza Horizon 5's PlayStation version.
The PS5 edition supports cross-play and cross-save with Xbox and Steam, plus shared community creations such as liveries, EventLab races, Prefabs, Garages, Estates, and tuning setups. Two modes are confirmed: 4K/30 Quality and 60fps Performance, though full technical details remain unpublished. A physical PS5 edition is planned, but Indian retail specifics are not yet available.
Indian PlayStation owners could gain access to a major racing title, potentially expanding cross-platform lobbies and shared community content. The staggered early access and tiered pricing may shape purchase decisions, especially for players comparing Standard with Premium. Cross-save could help Xbox and Steam users continue progress, though needing a separate purchase may limit some. The port may also reinforce expectations that more Xbox-published games could arrive on PlayStation over time.
