CBRE real estate fund sets monthly payouts and plans investor webinar

The CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund declared three monthly distributions of $0.18 per share for October, November, and December 2026, totaling $0.54 per share. The fund also scheduled a portfolio management webinar for October 28. Estimated return of capital makes up 93% of each monthly payment.
The trust set three equal monthly payouts of 18 cents per share, with ex-dividend, record, and payment dates spanning late October through year-end. Its board declared the schedule on Oct. 9, 2026. Management will host a Zoom session on Oct. 28 at 3 p.m. Eastern to review fund holdings, current market climate, and its forward view.
The fund reported annualized distribution rates of 19.5% at a $11.09 market price and 18.4% at an $11.73 net asset value, both as of Oct. 7, 2026. It is a closed-end fund listed on the NYSE that invests mainly in real estate securities. Estimated return of capital represents 93% of each monthly payment.
The payout schedule may matter most to income-seeking investors, including retirees, who rely on steady cash flows from closed-end funds. Because most of each payment is estimated as return of capital, recipients could face different tax treatment and may see less durable income than the headline rate suggests. The webinar may help shareholders assess real estate exposure and market risks, though it does not guarantee future distributions.
