Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3, titled Journey to the Sky, will launch on October 21, 2026. The update adds S-Rank Agents Phoenix and Severian, continues the Roscaelifer story, and introduces a mech combat system. It also includes signature W-Engines, character reruns, seasonal events, and quality-of-life improvements.

Phoenix is a Fire Anomaly specialist with critical Anomaly hits and a full-health revival. Severian is a Wind Attack commissioner who dodges automatically, counters, and chains slashes using Energy. Mech combat uses Lindverne’s Genesis Reconstruction, High Ambitions Corp machines, melee/ranged modes, laser triggers, and environmental puzzle interactions. Seasonal events and reruns also appear.
