CINÈST Core E1 Cabinet Uses Motorized Tray for UST Projector Setup

The CINÈST Core E1 is a media cabinet built to address the placement challenges of ultra-short-throw projectors. A motorized tray moves the projector for height and depth alignment, supports screens from 80 to 200 inches, and remembers saved positions. The cabinet also provides cable management, cooling, and multiple power outlets.
CINÈST’s Core E1 addresses a common UST projector issue: cabinet depth. Reddit discussions identified depth as the main obstacle, so the 21-inch-deep unit uses a motorized tray to position the projector without pulling the cabinet from the wall. A two-axis, four-way alignment system adjusts height up to 4 inches and depth up to 10 inches by remote.
It claims compatibility with 99 percent of UST projectors and 80- to 200-inch screens. Saved positions let the tray retract when powered off. The cabinet also offers ventilated storage, cooling fans, a 2,500W outlet, six AC outlets, two USB-A ports, internal cable routing, and removable rear panels. It comes in 90.5-, 102.5-, and 118-inch sizes, in black or walnut, starting near $2,999.
For home theater owners, AV installers, and interior designers, the Core E1 could reduce clutter and simplify precise UST projector alignment. Its motorized, memory-based tray may protect expensive projectors from dust and bumps while making large-screen setups easier to live with. However, the roughly $2,999 starting price may limit adoption to premium buyers. If such cabinets gain traction, they could influence how media furniture is designed, blending hidden equipment storage, cable management, and automated positioning into one piece.
