Binance to end crypto mining services after six years

Binance will shut down Binance Pool and several related mining offerings on November 10, 2026 at 07:00 UTC. The closure also covers Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, Transaction Accelerator, Telegram hashrate alerts, some email notifications, and mining APIs. Miners are being told to move their machines to another pool, while account pages will remain available until November 24 for users to review history and payments.
Binance Pool began on April 27, 2020, offering Bitcoin mining through an FPPS model that aimed to distribute payouts more evenly. It allowed miners to pool processing power and lessen the volatility of individual rewards, similar to other Bitcoin mining pools.
When service stops on Nov. 10, 2026, at 07:00 UTC, Stratum addresses and connection points will go offline. Computing power submitted afterward will not be recognized, handled, or rewarded. Site links disappear that day, but account pages stay until Nov. 24 at 07:00 UTC so users can check records and payment status. Final eligible rewards depend on shares sent before the cutoff.
The closure may push miners to migrate to other pools, potentially concentrating hashpower and altering reward stability for smaller participants. Binance users with Pool Savings or Cloud Mining positions could face repayment or withdrawal steps, while those relying on Telegram alerts or mining APIs may need to adjust workflows. The wider Bitcoin mining sector may see minimal direct disruption if displaced capacity moves elsewhere, though timing near variable difficulty and profitability could add uncertainty.
