Jaguar Uranium Unveils First Resource Estimate for Laguna Salada Project
Jaguar Uranium announced an independent maiden mineral resource estimate for its wholly owned Laguna Salada uranium-vanadium project in Argentina. The estimate, effective October 5, 2026, includes 4.2 million pounds of indicated uranium oxide and 10.1 million pounds inferred, plus 31.1 million and 57.3 million pounds of vanadium pentoxide, respectively. The resource area covers about 4.3% of the project, and the company plans additional drilling, trenching, and studies while holding nearly US$18 million in cash and no debt.

Jaguar Uranium’s maiden independent estimate for Laguna Salada in Argentina is effective October 5, 2026. Indicated material totals 21.1 million tonnes grading 90 ppm uranium oxide, while inferred material totals 34.0 million tonnes at 137 ppm. The contained figures are 4.2 million pounds indicated and 10.1 million pounds inferred uranium oxide, plus 31.1 million and 57.3 million pounds vanadium pentoxide.
The estimate covers roughly 4.3% of the project. Jaguar plans about 250 pits and trenches, 1,500 metres of sonic or vibrosonic drilling, including around 100–150 holes at Buried Lake, plus metallurgical and environmental work. It used a US$12.08-per-tonne net smelter return cut-off; mining, processing and economic viability are not yet established. Jaguar reports almost US$18 million cash and no debt.
