Shygirl Plans First Full-Band Concerts for 2027

Shygirl will support her upcoming album Swallow! with a 2027 headlining tour, marking her first run with a full band. The dates start in Berlin on March 13 and continue through Europe and the UK before reaching North America in April. She also released a video for the new song “Mantra,” following the singles “Alyse” and “Lucky (Hymn).”
Shygirl’s 2027 headline run will be her first with a full band. It begins March 13 at Columbiahalle in Berlin, then moves through Amsterdam, Paris, Glasgow, and Manchester before North American dates in April and May. The tour supports Swallow!, due November 6 via Because Music and the follow-up to 2023’s Nymph.
The album has already yielded “Alyse” and “Lucky (Hymn).” A new video for “Mantra” was filmed at an outdoor rave and is described as a prequel to those clips. Additional dates include Turin, Reykjavik, Barcelona, Miami, Salt Lake City, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Charlotte, Silver Spring, Toronto, Boston, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, London, and Primavera Sound.
The expanded touring format could give Shygirl’s live shows a richer, more communal sound, potentially drawing fans who prefer band-driven performances. It may also strengthen her position in the live-music market, benefiting venues, promoters, and local crews across Europe, the UK, and North America. For listeners, the new album and videos could deepen engagement with her evolving visual and sonic world. The impact is likely cultural and commercial rather than broadly societal.
