Monstropolis Food Menu Brings Monsters, Inc. Flavors to Disney World

Disney's upcoming Monstropolis land at Hollywood Studios will offer a food and beverage menu at Harryhausen's and Archie's Scare Pig Pizza. The lineup includes ramen bowls with monster-themed garnishes and Frozen Blort, a purple drink topped with green scream apple foam. Disney's culinary team said it aimed to make the dishes feel true to the films while still appealing to human guests.
Monstropolis, inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Monsters, Inc., is scheduled to debut next year at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Its food and drink offerings will appear at Harryhausen’s and Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza, giving visitors a way to encounter film-inspired meals inside the immersive city.
At Harryhausen’s, ramen bowls will use tonkotsu broth and alkaline noodles, plus fishcake shaped like monster eyes and green eggs. Archie’s will serve Frozen Blort, a purple soft drink with green scream apple foam and optional edible eyeballs. The culinary team studied characters, settings, and small film details, imagining how monsters might eat, then translated those ideas into dishes meant to appeal to human guests.
This menu may deepen fan engagement by turning movie moments into shared dining experiences. Families, tourists, and Disney enthusiasts could find new reasons to visit Hollywood Studios, while food-focused visitors may judge whether novelty items balance flavor and spectacle. If successful, such themed offerings may encourage other parks and restaurants to blend storytelling with menus, though reception could depend on taste, price, and accessibility.
