Modern Warfare 4 Trophy List Reportedly Omits PS5 Platinum
A leaked trophy list for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 indicates the PS5 version will not include a Platinum Trophy. The game is reportedly accessed through Call of Duty HQ, so its trophies are treated as DLC for 2022's Modern Warfare 2. The list contains 18 campaign-focused trophies, split into eight Gold and ten Silver awards.
The reported PS5 trophy set for Modern Warfare 4 has 18 campaign trophies: eight Gold and ten Silver. It reportedly includes beating the campaign on its hardest setting, collecting 50 items, and completing mission-specific challenges at set difficulties. Because the title is accessed through Call of Duty HQ, its list is grouped under 2022’s Modern Warfare 2, so no Platinum appears.
Earlier entries such as Modern Warfare 3, Black Ops 6, and Black Ops 7 followed the same HQ-linked structure. The current list may not be final; multiplayer or DMZ trophies could be added before the October 23 launch. PlayStation Game Size first shared the leak, while PowerPyx hosts the full spoiler-filled list.
The missing Platinum could disappoint PlayStation trophy hunters, who may see less incentive to pursue full completion. Because the game is tied to Call of Duty HQ, players might find trophy lists harder to track or compare across entries. This may shape how some fans discuss value and platform parity, though it likely matters mainly to dedicated completionists rather than the broader player base.
