TempraMed Signs Exclusive Kuwait Distribution Deal for VIVI Product Line

TempraMed Technologies has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for Kuwait with OGM For Import Medicine and Medical Supplies. The deal, dated September 14, 2026, runs for an initial 36 months and includes minimum annual purchase commitments worth about US$500,000 over the term. OGM will handle registration, marketing, promotion, sales, and distribution for VIVI Cap, VIVI Cap Smart, VIVI Med, and VIVI Epi, subject to regulatory clearance and other conditions.
TempraMed Technologies, listed on CSE, FSE and OTCQB, disclosed the Kuwait pact on Oct. 15, 2026, though the contract itself is dated Sept. 14, 2026. The initial term spans three years.
OGM will manage Kuwaiti registration, promotion, sales and distribution for four VIVI items: VIVI Cap, VIVI Cap Smart, VIVI Med and VIVI Epi. The arrangement depends on regulatory approval, ongoing compliance and purchase obligations. TempraMed frames the deal as part of its push into hot-climate markets and demand for protecting injectable medicines such as insulin, GLP-1s and biologics.
If cleared and launched, the agreement could give Kuwaiti patients broader access to temperature-protection products for insulin, GLP-1 therapies, biologics and other injectables. Pharmacies, clinics and caregivers may benefit from more consistent storage options in a hot climate. The actual societal effect may hinge on regulatory approval, pricing, uptake and whether OGM meets purchase and distribution commitments. The immediate reach may be limited to the four VIVI products and the agreement’s stated commitments.
