Leadership will be anchored by John Martin, whose prior executive roles at Turner and Time Warner bring substantial media expertise. Founding investors 885 Capital and Knighthead Capital are committing fresh funds to ensure a robust financial foundation. Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian remain active in driving audience growth and boxing operations, respectively.
