Manhattan Theatre Club's School Girls Will Be Streamed During Closing Week

Manhattan Theatre Club's Broadway production of School Girls; Or, The African Mean Girls Play will stream during its final week, November 10-15. Each performance will be shown live at its scheduled time, with a replay available for 24 hours. The League of Live Stream Theater is again partnering with MTC for the broadcast.
The Manhattan Theatre Club’s Broadway run of School Girls; Or, The African Mean Girls Play will offer remote viewing during its last week, November 10–15. Audiences can watch each performance as it happens at the scheduled time, and a replay will remain accessible for one day afterward.
This marks another collaboration between the Manhattan Theatre Club and the League of Live Stream Theater for the broadcast. The arrangement extends access to the production beyond the theater during its closing dates.
The streaming option could broaden access for theatergoers who cannot attend in person during the closing week, including those limited by distance, schedule, or mobility. It may also give the production a wider final-week audience and offer arts organizations an example of combining live performances with short replay windows. The effect on in-person attendance is uncertain, and the arrangement may mainly supplement rather than replace the theater experience.
