Angine De Poitrine Plot 2027 World Tour With UK Shows

Québécois math-rock duo Angine De Poitrine have mapped out a 2027 world tour that begins in Melbourne and continues through South America, North America and Europe. UK stops include two nights at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on June 28 and 29 plus a Halifax show at The Piece Hall, all timed near Glastonbury. The run also includes festival appearances at Lollapalooza events, WOMADelaide and Primavera Sound, with tickets on sale October 30.
The anonymous Québécois math-rock pair built momentum in 2026 by appearing on Jimmy Fallon, issuing their second album, Vol. II, and completing a praised headline run. Their London Troxy set drew a five-star NME review that highlighted both theatrical mystery and musicianship.
The 2027 itinerary spans Australia, South America, North America and Europe, with festival stops including Lollapalooza dates, WOMADelaide and Primavera Sound. UK headline appearances are set for Halifax on June 24 and two Brixton nights on June 28–29; tickets open October 30, with presale from October 27.
The tour could broaden the duo’s audience beyond niche math-rock listeners, drawing new fans through major festivals and high-profile UK dates. Local music economies in Halifax and London may see short-term spending boosts from traveling attendees, while ticketing demand could test access and pricing pressures. For fans, the announcement may create excitement and planning challenges around presales and Glastonbury speculation; for promoters, it signals growing appetite for experimental international acts.
