Flaherty & Crumrine funds schedule November dividends

Five Flaherty & Crumrine closed-end funds declared November distributions ranging from about $0.0567 to $0.1314 per share. The payments are due Nov. 30 to holders of record on Nov. 20. The funds said tax information for 2026 distributions will be available in early 2027.
The five New York-listed closed-end funds are PFD, PFO, FFC, FLC and DFP. Their November payouts per share are $0.0703, $0.0567, $0.1046, $0.1067 and $0.1314, respectively. Investors on the register as of Nov. 20 will receive the distributions on Nov. 30, 2026.
Each portfolio's fiscal year closes on Nov. 30, 2026, and the funds expect to publish the tax treatment of all 2026 payouts early the following year. Flaherty & Crumrine, an independent adviser formed in 1983, focuses on preferred and other income-producing securities.
The scheduled distributions may matter most to income-focused shareholders, including some retirees and advisers who rely on regular cash payments. Because tax details will not arrive until 2027, recipients could face temporary uncertainty when planning liabilities. Broader market effects are likely limited, as these are fund-level payout announcements rather than signals about the wider stock market.
