XFLT seeks total return with income emphasis through a managed private-credit portfolio across credit-cycle stages. Normally at least 80% of managed assets go to floating-rate credit and structured credit. Its adviser, Chicago-based XA Investments, was founded in 2016 by XMS Capital Partners and advises listed closed-end, interval and tender-offer funds.
The webinar may mainly affect current and prospective XFLT shareholders, advisers, and credit-market observers by improving access to management commentary on floating-rate and private-credit exposures.
