Elektros Stock Jumps 51.52% While It Reviews Lithium and EV Charging Options

Elektros reported a 51.52% increase in its share price for the session it cited. The company is still evaluating lithium assets in northern New York, with geology, permits, and economic viability unresolved. It is also weighing lithium logistics in Sierra Leone, possible links to U.S. refineries, and EV charging opportunities, while saying no binding agreements exist.
Elektros, quoted on OTC Pink under ELEK, said its shares gained 51.52% on the session cited, citing Bloomberg and Yahoo Finance quotes. The company is examining lithium-bearing properties in northern New York near Canada, but says it has not reported owning mineral rights there, defining a resource or reserve, or starting commercial extraction.
It is also considering Sierra Leone lithium logistics, possible U.S. refinery ties, branded fast-charging locations, and commercialization of its patented Multi-Port Charging Assembly. The company stresses these are evaluations, not completed deals or binding commitments; further work would cover geology, access, permits, processing, financing, and commercial milestones.
The share jump may mainly affect current and prospective ELEK investors, given the volatility of an early-stage microcap. If New York lithium work advances, nearby communities and landowners could face new questions about access, permits, and environmental review. EV-charging and refinery-link ideas could eventually matter to drivers, charging operators, and battery supply-chain participants, but no binding deals exist, so societal effects remain speculative.
