Ethan Klein Moves to Cut H3 Ties After Affair Disclosure

Hila Klein disclosed that Ethan Klein had carried on an affair for more than six months. The H3 Podcast crew said it would not continue working with him or allow him to profit from the show. Ethan said he was moving to remove his ownership and financial interests and asked fans to respect his family’s privacy.
Hila and Ethan Klein jointly fronted the H3 podcast on YouTube, where the channel has about 2.5 million followers. Ethan also once co-hosted Frenemies with Trisha Paytas, who is married to Hila’s brother Moses Hacmon; that show ended after a dispute.
After the crew’s Instagram statement, Ethan used Instagram Stories to ask that his family be left alone. He said he was collaborating with Hila to strip his ownership and financial interests from the podcasts, Teddy Fresh, Teddy Glow, and related ventures so support would benefit Hila and staff.
The disclosure could affect fans who built routines around the show, crew members whose livelihoods depend on its future, and Hila’s business operations. It may also prompt audiences to reconsider how they separate creators’ personal conduct from entertainment, while the family’s request for privacy could shape discussion around public accountability and online speculation.
