The Rocky Horror Show has reached its seventh month at Studio 54. To mark the milestone, members of the current cast took part in a photo shoot at the venue.
The newly released portraits feature the production’s present company: Jake Shears, Lorna Courtney, Rachel Dratch, Amber Gray, Kevin McHale, Jimin Moon, George Salazar, Sherie Rene Scott, and Valentina. The images provide a look at the performers associated with this run.
The release of cast portraits may draw attention to the production’s extended run and to the performers involved. For theater audiences and fans of the show, the images could serve as a visual update on the current company and may encourage interest in attending during its Studio 54 engagement. The milestone could also give the venue and production a small promotional moment, though its broader cultural effect is likely limited to the entertainment and arts audience.
