Google Pixel 10 falls to £499 in Amazon price cut

Amazon is selling the Google Pixel 10 for £499, £50 below its usual £549 price and a new all-time low. The phone includes Google's Tensor G5 chip, 12GB of RAM, a 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED display, a triple rear camera system, Qi2 wireless charging, and seven years of updates. The 128GB Obsidian model is listed as an Amazon's Choice product.
The handset’s £499 tag is £50 below its regular £549 price and £10 lower than its July Prime Day promotion at £509, making it the cheapest Amazon listing so far. The 128GB Obsidian variant carries Amazon’s Choice badge and has drawn over 200 purchases in the last month.
Its 6.3-inch OLED screen runs at 120Hz and 2340 x 1080, while the rear setup pairs 48MP main, 13MP ultrawide and 10.8MP telephoto cameras with 5x optical zoom. Google’s Tensor G5 and 12GB RAM support AI features, and the phone offers Qi2 magnetic wireless charging plus seven years of updates.
A lower entry price could make advanced smartphone features—strong cameras, magnetic charging and long software support—more accessible to budget-conscious buyers, including travellers who value compact devices and eSIM flexibility. It may also pressure rival Android makers to match support periods or discount similarly. Shoppers who need more storage could still hesitate, so the deal’s broader effect may be modest, nudging rather than reshaping purchasing habits.
