Who is responsible

Mobble is the data controller for personal data processed by Mobble. Our database provider (database & authentication) and article summarizer act as processors.

Legal basis

We process your account data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of contract), and minimal technical data to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data (your display name and password can be changed in Account settings).
• Erasure — delete your data by closing your account in Account settings, or by request.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection & restriction — object to or restrict specific processing.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Exercising your rights

Email boss@mobble.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. Account closure is self-service and immediate.

International transfers

Data may be processed on infrastructure outside your country by the processors named above, under their standard contractual safeguards.
