Analyst: European missile pledges to Ukraine are symbolic, not immediate help

A former British military intelligence officer says recent European commitments of anti-missile systems for Ukraine are largely symbolic and will not be operational for years. He argues that Kyiv urgently needs interceptor missiles to counter Russian ballistic and hypersonic threats, and that the coalition is failing to address this.
