Rock Band Foreigner to Perform at Sean Penn's Charity Gala in Los Angeles
Sean Penn and Ann Lee's Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE) will host its Afterglow benefit on September 15 in Los Angeles, featuring a headline performance by Foreigner. The Sept. 15 Los Angeles event is the first of two scheduled Afterglow concerts, with Miami hosting a second gathering on Dec. 3.
