Irving joins from Fifth Season, where he served as Creative Director for international scripted content. Helen Gregory is stepping down after five years, saying she is exploring her next career move.

Irving arrives with a track record of building international scripted slates, having established Fifth Season's UK development and production arm in 2022. His recent output includes projects for Netflix and MGM+, plus "Crouch End," a six-part limited series for Prime Video announced just last week. His appointment pairs him with Simon Gillis at the helm of the company behind the acclaimed Apple TV+ series "Slow Horses."

Gregory's exit follows five years at See-Saw, during which she helped steer the company through a period of notable success. She has not disclosed her next destination but indicated she is weighing future opportunities. The leadership transition comes as See-Saw continues to build momentum with high-profile streaming partnerships and a growing slate of prestige drama.
