Motorola unveiled the Signature 27 at the Qualcomm Summit 2026, becoming the first smartphone to use the 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset. The device includes a 200MP periscope camera, a B&O audio system, and runs Android 17 with MotoOS. It is slated for sale by the end of 2026 and will compete with the iPhone 18 Pro.
The Signature 27's 2nm processor marks a notable manufacturing leap, promising better power efficiency alongside performance gains. Its 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED panel supports a 165Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision, while the rear houses a distinctive horizontal camera layout featuring the 200MP periscope telephoto sensor.
Motorola pairs the hardware with Google Gemini-powered AI functions and commits to seven years of OS and security updates. The device runs Android 17 with MotoOS, and its B&O-tuned audio system targets entertainment-focused users. Pricing and regional availability, including India, remain unannounced ahead of the planned late-2026 retail release.
