Amazon has listed the newly released Mac Studio with Apple’s M5 Max processor at $2,449, which is $50 less than Apple’s $2,499 price. The desktop is configured with 32GB of unified memory and a 512GB SSD, and it is uncommon for this model to be both in stock and discounted at Amazon.
The machine includes four Thunderbolt 5 ports, additional USB-C and USB-A connections, HDMI, an SDXC slot, and a headphone jack. It can drive as many as five external monitors and supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Macworld’s review highlighted its SSD speed and professional workload performance.
