Cerebras stock falls under IPO price after early surge

Cerebras Systems priced its IPO at $185 per share in May 2026 and opened at $350, but by early October its shares traded between $164 and $177, around $165. The lockup period expired on Oct. 1, 2026, coinciding with about $84 million in insider sales. The company reported 2025 revenue of $510 million and net income of $237.8 million, up from a loss the prior year.
Cerebras listed on Nasdaq as CBRS after pricing at $185 on May 13, 2026. It sold 30 million shares, raising $5.55 billion and reaching a fully diluted valuation near $56.43 billion, then opened at $350 and closed its first day at $311.
