Karol G to Perform in Lima in January 2027
Karol G will bring her Viajando por el Mundo Tropitour to Lima's Estadio San Marcos on January 22, 2027. Tickets are sold only through Teleticket, and as of October 10, six of nine sections were sold out. Remaining seats cost about US$117 or US$250, with the show expected to start around 9 p.m. Lima time.
Karol G, born Carolina Giraldo in Medellín, has built a career in reggaeton and Latin pop. Her 2025 album Tropicoqueta topped Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart, and she later took Coachella’s main stage, where she announced the Viajando por el Mundo Tropitour.
The Lima date is set for Estadio San Marcos, a university venue in Cercado de Lima. Teleticket lists Bizarro Entertainment y Servicios Perú as organizer. BTS is scheduled for three October dates at the same venue, while Karol G’s previous Peru appearance came in 2024.
The concert could give Lima’s hospitality and transport sectors a short boost, as fans travel to Cercado de Lima and fill nearby businesses. It may also intensify demand for limited Teleticket seats, leaving some fans frustrated by availability or cost. For Peru’s music scene, a major international act at a university stadium could reinforce the city’s place on regional tour routes, though benefits may be concentrated around the event date.
