Next Apple TV 4K Rumored for A19 Chip and Locatable Siri Remote

Apple's next Apple TV 4K is expected to use an A19 chip, replacing the A15 found in the 2022 version, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. Apple has reportedly tested a revised Siri Remote with a built-in speaker to help users locate it, as well as microphones inside the Apple TV 4K for hands-free Siri requests. The device is set to reach stores on October 30 alongside a new HomePod mini, with both likely to be shown at Apple's upcoming event.
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reports that the upcoming Apple TV 4K would move from the A15 processor used in the 2022 model to a standard A19 chip. In his Power On newsletter, he also describes Apple testing a Siri Remote with a speaker, intended to help owners locate it.
The same reporting says Apple has tried putting microphones directly into the Apple TV 4K, allowing Siri requests without a remote or HomePod. The device is expected in stores on October 30 with a new HomePod mini, and Apple is expected to introduce both at Tuesday's "Welcome home" event.
