The kitchen includes a full-size gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and extensive cabinetry.
Cavco Homes’ Evergreen is a park-model tiny home on wheels, 44 feet including its porch and 10 feet wide. It offers 399 square feet and rests on a three-axle trailer, unusual for a unit this size, which often needs four axles. The covered porch is built into the home’s metal frame, with white supports and railing.
Inside, the layout includes a living room, kitchen, main-floor bedroom, loft bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen has a full-size gas range, microwave, fridge, solid-surface counters, subway tile, and varied cabinets. The loft sleeps two and is reached through the kitchen; power uses a standard recreational-vehicle connection.
The Evergreen may appeal to people seeking smaller-footprint living, including retirees, remote workers, and those using RV parks or backyard placements. Its compact two-bedroom layout could make tiny living more practical for couples or small families. Manufacturers may see demand for park models with porches and full kitchens, though adoption could depend on local rules, financing, and parking options.
