Winona Fighter, a punk group from Nashville, will issue their second full-length, Brutal & Extremely Underrated, on Jan. 22, 2027, through Rise Records. It follows My Apologies to the Chef. The band also shared “LEECH,” the second single from the record, alongside a music video. The album’s 12-song tracklist includes “TV on the Radio,” “BOMBS AWAY,” “DEAD HORSE,” and “BULLY BUSTER.”
Their US headlining run begins Jan. 21 in Bentonville, Ark., and later visits Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and New York, among other cities. Artist presales open Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. local time; a Live Nation presale follows at noon. General tickets go on sale Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. local time.
The announcement could energize punk and alternative listeners, especially fans who follow Nashville’s independent scene. Tour stops may bring added spending to local venues and surrounding businesses in the listed cities. Ticketing through presales and major platforms may affect how quickly and affordably fans can attend. The album’s release could also raise Winona Fighter’s profile within Rise Records’ roster, though its broader cultural reach may depend on streaming, press, and live reception.
