Apex Critical Metals Prices $1.86M Offering, Wins Nasdaq Approval

Apex Critical Metals priced a $1.86 million sale of American Depositary Shares and secured approval to list them on Nasdaq. The deal covers 400,000 ADSs at $4.65 each, with each ADS representing six common shares. The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate needs and to support drilling at its Rift Rare Earth Project.
Apex Critical Metals is a mineral explorer whose wholly owned Rift Rare Earth Project lies in the Elk Creek Carbonatite Complex in southeastern Nebraska. Its shares already trade on several venues, including the CSE, OTCQX, Frankfurt and Euronext Access Paris.
The Nasdaq Capital Market approval covers 400,000 ADSs priced at $4.65, each tied to six common shares. The underwriter may buy 60,000 more within 45 days; trading under APXC is expected to start October 23, 2026.
The listing and modest offering could affect current shareholders through dilution while giving Apex a higher-profile U.S. market. If drilling advances, nearby communities and downstream users of rare-earth materials may see indirect effects, though exploration results and project economics remain uncertain. Because the amounts are small, broader societal impact may be limited unless the project reaches development.
