A VPN Guide for Watching 'The Celebrity Traitors UK' Season 2 From the U.S.
The second season of 'The Celebrity Traitors UK' is airing on BBC One and BBC iPlayer with a cast that includes Bella Ramsey, James Blunt, and Jerry Hall. Since the show is not available in the United States, the article explains how viewers can use VPN services to access it. It also notes the first season's large U.K. audience and compares the British version with the U.S. 'Traitors' franchise.
Season Two of the British celebrity edition airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Thursdays and Fridays at 8 p.m. BST. Bella Ramsey, James Blunt, and Jerry Hall are among its cast. U.S. viewers would need a U.K. VPN connection, such as ExpressVPN, Proton VPN, or NordVPN, to reach those services.
The first celebrity season drew nearly 15 million U.K. viewers per episode. Peacock’s U.S. series The Traitors: New Blood features ordinary players, while the British celebrity version sends prize money to chosen charities. Claudia Winkleman hosts the U.K. show; Alan Cumming hosts the U.S. one.
The guide could affect U.S. fans of reality television and international streaming, who may gain easier access to a U.K. show that is otherwise geo-blocked. It may also shape how viewers perceive VPN use for entertainment, potentially normalizing circumvention of regional licensing boundaries. Broadcasters and streaming platforms could see small shifts in audience behavior, while charities linked to the celebrity contestants might benefit if more international attention reaches the series.
