MetFilm Sales has acquired international distribution rights to the Welsh-language feature 'Effi O Blaenau' and will present it to buyers at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival market. The film, directed by Marc Evans and starring Leisa Gwenllian, has already become the highest-grossing Welsh-language release in UK box office history, earning $300,000 from a limited 31-screen run.
