Googlebook laptops: prices, dates, and specs compared
Google has launched a new Googlebook laptop category that runs an Android-based OS and is designed to work closely with Android phones, rather than replacing Chromebooks. The first five models come from Dell, Acer, Asus, HP, and Lenovo, all with 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, a Glowbar, a fingerprint scanner, and Gemini Intelligence. The Acer Googlebook 14 starts at £999/$899 and the Lenovo Googlebook 15 at £1,099/$1,099, with releases beginning 5 October.
